Frequency / Velocity Limitation for Open Loop Motor Control

The output frequency for open-loop motor control is limited to 599 Hz. The maximum operating speed can be calculated as follows:

Operating Speed [RPM] = Commutation Speed [Hz] * 60 s/min / Pole Pair Count of Motor [pole pairs/rev]

Example for 12 pole motor at 599 Hz:

Operating Speed [RPM] = 599 Hz * 60 s/min / (6 pole pairs/rev) = 5990 RPM

If the motor control settings result in a frequency request of 600 Hz or greater, the frequency will be limited to a maximum of 599 Hz and warning W6005 will be reported.
