Troubleshooting and FAQs
- Ensure that you are opening a WorkBench project file (*.WBP). Any other file format will be reported as a corrupt file.
- The WorkBench project file may not be compatible with the application version. See About Backward and Forward Version Compatibility for more information.
WorkBench does not delete the file, it is only being removed from the list of recent files.
- Create an empty project.
- Create an Offline simulation of the drive.
- Load the parameter file to the simulated drive.
