 Function A function calculates a result according to the current value of its inputs. A function has no internal data and is not linked to declared instances. - Verifies if a Pipe Block currently has a function running.

Remarks

• Returns FALSE if the selected Pipe Block has a function running.
• Same return value as the .Q output of a specific function itself.
