Add Comments to Pipe Network

To add a comment:

1. Right-click on the Pipe Network editor's background and select the Add Comment command in the menu
2. Right-click on the comment opens the contextual menu to let you edit (Properties command) or delete the comment

Click and drag the gray bar to move the comment.
