Function
A function calculates a result according to the current value of its inputs. A function has no internal data and is not linked to declared instances. - Returns the offset value of the first entry of an Adder block.

Returns the offset value of the first entry of an Adder object. |
Remarks
- Offset1 shifts the value of the first input to the block before its added to the second input.
- Can change the offset value with MLAddWriteOff1 function block.
