Function A function calculates a result according to the current value of its inputs. A function has no internal data and is not linked to declared instances. - Copies the characters of a STRING to an array of SINT.

Remarks

This function:

Copies the characters of the SRC string to the first characters of the DST array.
Checks the maximum size destination arrays and reduces the number of copied characters if necessary.

FBD Language

FFLD Language

In the FFLD language, the operation is executed only if the input rung (EN) is TRUE.
- The output rung (ENO) keeps the same value as the input rung.

IL Language

In the IL "Instruction list" This is a low-level language and resembles assembly language, the input must be loaded in the current result before calling the function.
