Description
MOVE.SCURVETIME sets the amount of S-curve smoothing applied to all velocity profiles. The greater the value of MOVE.SCURVETIMEe, the smoother (lower jerk) the profile.
Specifying a non-zero value for MOVE.SCURVETIME increases move time by MOVE.SCURVETIME. For example, a trapezoidal move (MOVE.SCURVETIME = 0) that takes 0.500 seconds to complete, takes 0.756 seconds to complete if MOVE.SCURVETIME is set to 256.
Change this parameter only when the motor is not moving (MOVE.MOVING = 0). If you attempt to make a change while the motor is moving, an F826, "Cannot execute during a move" fault is produced.
