Disassembly

Only professional staff who are qualified in electrical engineering are allowed to disassemble parts of the system.

Follow these steps for disassembly:

• Decommission the device.
  See (➜ # 1, Decommissioning).
• Check temperature.
  

High temperature! Risk of minor burns caused by hot surfaces. During operation, the heat sink of the drive may reach temperatures above 80 °C (176 °F). Before touching the device, check the temperature and wait until it has cooled below 40 °C (104 °F).

• Remove the connectors.
  Disconnect the potential earth connection last.
• Demount: Loosen the fastening screws.
  Remove the device.
