Adding an Offline Device

To add an offline device to the project, perform the following.

1. Select the generation of the device to simulate.
   • and -C are 1st Generation
   • AKD2G is 2nd Generation
2. Follow the instructions for the specific generation below.

AKD 1G

1. Select the properties of the device you want to simulate
2. Select the firmware version you want to simulate
3. Click OK to validate.

The device is now added to the project.

AKD2G

1. Select the properties of the device you want to simulate
2. Verify the model number generated matches what you want to simulate.
3. Select the firmware version you want to simulate
4. Validate by pressing OK.

The device is now added to the project.
