Kollmorgen Essentials System Quick Start

The Kollmorgen Essentials System is designed to get you up and running quickly and easily. The following graphics present the basic steps.

  1. Ground your Kollmorgen Essentials Drive.

  2. Connect the Kollmorgen Essentials Motor to the drive.

  3. Connect power the drive.

  4. Connect the mains power supply.

  5. Connect the drive to your PC.

  6. Download WorkBench.

  7. Launch WorkBench.

  8. Connect the drive to WorkBench.

  9. Use Express Setup to configure your system.

  10. Connect to your PLC, or if a more advanced configuration is required, switch to the Full Setup view.
