MLPmpReadFstSpd
MLPmpReadFstSpdGet the FirstTravelSpeed parameter of a PMP block. This parameter is used as the first of 2 speeds in an MLPmpRel Motion Block. It is also used as the speed in an MLPmpAbs Motion Block.
