1000h Device type
This object describes the device type and device functionality. AKD2G drives are servo drives supporting the DS402 drive profile. Bit 19 indicates when the device compiles with the safety drive profile defined in ETG6100.

00h | 02h (servo driveA servo drive is a special electric amplifier used to power electric servo motors. It monitors feedback signals from the motor and continually adjusts for deviation from expected behavior) | 0192h (402d) | CANopen over CANbus |
00h | 02h (servo drive) | 0192h (402d) | CANopen over EtherCATEtherCAT is an open, high-performance Ethernet-based fieldbus system. The development goal of EtherCAT was to apply Ethernet to automation applications which require short data update times (also called cycle times) with low communication jitter (for synchronization purposes) and low hardware costs (CoE) without FSoE |
00h | 0Ah (servo drive with FSoE functional safety) | 0192h (402d) | CANopen over EtherCAT (CoE) with FSoE |
