Display the IP Address of a Kollmorgen Controller

The IP Address assigned to the controller can be shown on the 7-segment display.

The IP may be displayed at boot and can be accessed from the Kollmorgen Controller's B3 Button Menu.

There is a 5 second delay before this function can be used again.
