CAP#.SOURCE
Description
Selects what will be captured on the trigger event. The captured value will be available with CAP#.P. The capture time CAP#.T is also captured for each trigger.

Not all drive model variants have the hardware to support all these options. For example, a single axis drive will not support option 12.
