HTTP Interface for Reading PLC Variables

Reading the variable values is possible using two formats:

JSON format	The HTTP response will be in JSON format. The user gets the variable value and an error status.
Text format	The HTTP response will be in a comma separated string format. The user gets only the variable values using this format.
