AXIS#.DBILIMIT

Description

This parameter sets the maximum amplitude of the current for dynamic braking and can only be set manually when its AXIS#.MOTOR.AUTOSET index (28) is set to 1.

  • If the motor or drive is in feedback state before disabling (i.e., AXIS#.IL.IFOLD has started to decrease), AXIS#.DBILIMIT may or may not be enforced after disabling.
If AXIS#.DBILMIT < AXIS#.IL.IFOLD , then AXIS#.DBILIMIT will be the current limit, otherwise AXIS#.IL.IFOLD will be the current limit.

Example

Setting AXIS#.DBILIMIT to 2 limits the dynamic brake current to 2 Arms.
