This application is composed of two discs (one with pegs and the other with holes) that rotate (axes 1 and 2) independently and with different speed profiles. The motion is controlled to punch the two discs together (axis 3) when they match.
Each of the three axis is connected to an AKD drive.
Initialize the motion
Make absolute and relative moves with the rotary axes
Synchronize the axes
Manage the motion
Stop the motion
