 Function - Insert characters in a string.

Inputs

IN	STRING				Character string.
STR	STRING				String containing characters to be inserted.
POS	DINT				Position of the first inserted character.

Outputs

Q	STRING			Modified string.

Remarks

The first valid character position is 1.
