Power section

• Single or three phase AC supply, 5% to 110% of rated AC voltage over 47 to 63 Hz. Connection to higher AC voltage mains only by using isolating transformer.
• Three phase bridge rectifier, integral soft-start circuit.
• DC bus link voltage can be connected in parallel for power sharing.
• Floating current sensors measure actual motor current
• Regenerative circuit with dynamic distribution of the generated power between several servo drives on the same DC bus link circuit.
• External regen resistor required

• FS1: STO; SIL2 PLd, command by I/O Safety Function Option 1 (I/O, SIL2 PLd)

Electrical safety

• Appropriate insulation / creepage distances and electrical isolation for safe electrical separation, per IEC 61800-5-1, between the power input / motor connections and the signal electronics.
• Soft-start, over voltage detection, short-circuit protection, phase-loss detection.
• Temperature monitoring of the servo drive and motor.
• Electronic Class 10 motor overload protection: foldback mechanism or optional fault response. The internal electronic overload protection is not speed sensitive.

Auxiliary supply voltage 24 VDC

• From an external, safety approved 24V ±10% power supply (PELV).

• WorkBench Software for setup via USB
