This preliminary setup assumes the AKD2G-SPI has first been commissioned using WorkBench without the fieldbus connection where the demo drive will run the motor
These procedures must be completed in order to complete the preliminary setup:
- Change the Controller's PLC Processor and Model Number
- Set the Ethernet Address to the Target Drive's IP Address
- Modify the MSG Instruction's Path
- Set Unit Scaling and Modulo
- Setting the Home Mode
- Configuring the Controlled Stop Settings
- Saving and Downloading Your Modified Sample Project
- Preliminary Checks After Going Online
